Story

My name is Ania and I will be serving you some exquisite polish dishes.

I am the first person born in America from my family with the rest of them still to this day living in Poland. My Parents both Immigrated here from Poland back in the 70's & 80's. I love the amazing food that comes from my parents Homeland. My parents raised me in a Polish Kitchen, which helped me grow a passion for the wonderful dishes that can be labeled Polish Food. Between my parents Adam & Alicja, Babcia Kasia, and Ciocia Dzidka I learned all those recipes I was so fondly raised on.

I wanted to share those delectable recipes with others, hence the start of this small business. I moved to NC many years ago and realized that as a Polish American there are not many options to be able to pick up some of the staples I grew up with. There are also many people in the area that have not had the chance to sample foods from Poland. My hope with this small business is to be able to bring those traditional dishes into the homes of those that miss the food they grew up on, as well as for those wanting to try it for the first time.
